1.Consultation Services (Paid Appointments)
Astrology consultations provided through our website are personalized services where time slots are reserved exclusively for each client.
Non-Refundable Fees
All consultation fees are non-refundable once an appointment is booked and confirmed.
This is because:
- Time slots are reserved specifically for you
- The service is based on personal knowledge, analysis, and spiritual guidance
Exceptions (Eligible for Refund or Reschedule)
Refunds or rescheduling may be considered only if:
- The astrologer is unable to attend the scheduled session
- A technical issue from our side prevents the consultation from taking place
In such cases, you may choose either:
- A rescheduled session, or
- A full refund of the consultation fee
No refunds will be provided for:
- Missed appointments
- Late joining by the client
- Change of mind after booking
2.Spiritual & Astrology Products (WooCommerce Store)
We sell genuine spiritual and astrology-related products such as gemstones, rudraksha, malas, yantras, and other remedial items.
These products are:
- Religious/spiritual in nature
- Often recommended based on individual astrological guidance
No Returns for Personal Reasons
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Product “not suiting” you
- Personal belief or expectation not met
- Dislike after receiving the product
Because of the spiritual and remedial nature of these items, results and experiences may vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.
3.Eligible Returns (Damaged or Wrong Item Only)
We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:
- The item received is damaged during delivery
- You received the wrong product
Conditions for Approval
To qualify for a return or replacement:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- You must provide:
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged/wrong item
- Order number and details
After verification, we will offer either:
- A replacement of the same product, or
- A refund (if replacement is not available)
4.Return Process
If your return request is approved:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Return shipping instructions will be shared via email or phone
- In case of damaged or incorrect products, return shipping costs may be covered by us (case dependent)
We reserve the right to reject returns if:
- The product shows signs of use
- The request is made after the allowed time window
- Insufficient proof of damage or incorrect delivery is provided
5.Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
