We provide both personalized consultation services and physical gemstone products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Consultation & Appointment Booking (Digital Services)

All consultation bookings require full advance payment.

Non-Refundable Policy

• Consultation fees are strictly non-refundable.

• Once an appointment is booked, it is considered reserved time and cannot be refunded.

• No refunds will be provided for missed sessions.

 Rescheduling

• A rescheduling request may be considered once, subject to availability.

• Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Consultation services are personalized and time-based in nature and therefore cannot be returned once booked.

Physical Products (Gemstones)

We ensure that all gemstones are carefully inspected before dispatch.

Return Eligibility

Returns will only be accepted under the following condition:

• The product received is physically damaged during transit.

• A clear and continuous unboxing video must be recorded at the time of opening the sealed package.

• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• The product must remain unused and in original condition.

If these conditions are not met, the return request may be declined.

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind

• Personal dissatisfaction

• Belief-based expectations not met

• Color, clarity, or texture variations due to natural gemstone properties

• Improper handling or damage after delivery

• Delay caused by courier beyond our control

 Replacement & Refund Policy

• If the return request is approved after verification, a replacement will be provided first.

• Refunds will be issued only if a replacement is not available.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Customized or specially sourced gemstones

• Products purchased after confirmed astrological recommendation

• Items purchased under special discount or promotional offers (if applicable)

Shipping & Responsibility

• Customers must provide accurate shipping details.

• We are not responsible for incorrect delivery due to wrong address provided by the customer.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier services.

Dispute & Payment Compliance

Order-related information may be used to process refunds, resolve disputes, and comply with payment gateway or legal requirements.
